Postpartum Support

The postpartum period can feel beautiful, tender, overwhelming and deeply demanding all at once.

My role as your postpartum doula is to support you emotionally, mentally and practically through this transition, helping create more space for rest, nourishment and steadiness during the early weeks and months of motherhood.

Support is personalised to your needs and may include emotional support, newborn care guidance, meal preparation, caring for your baby while you rest, support for older siblings, nervous system support tools and practical household care.

Breath and Nervous System Support

Many mothers continue carrying overwhelm, mental load, overstimulation and exhaustion long after postpartum is considered “over.”

These sessions are designed to support women who feel constantly “on,” emotionally stretched, disconnected from themselves, unable to fully rest, or stuck in survival mode.

Using breathwork, nervous system education and restorative practices, I support you to better understand your body’s stress responses and gently create more calm, regulation and capacity within everyday life.
